Some couples even opt for a hotel ceremony and then have a reception in another venue. The possibilities are endless when plaaning weddings in Cyprus and we can advise to suit each couple.

Beach Taveranas

A reception on the beach or at least by the sea is a great way to make the most of the Cyprus climate with good weather pretty much guaranteed for most of the year. These venues provide a selection of barbeque and Greek Meze available and we can provide entertainment for after the wedding.

Quaint Inland Traditional Taveranas

At this venue you can immerse yourself in local Cypriot charm; stunning mountain backdrops, our vine covered terrace, delicious menus with a traditional influence and local drinks. It is approximately a 30 minute drive from the centre of Paphos and it is certainly worth the journey! We can always arrange reliable additional transport for you and your guests. Traditional Village Tavern

Find the local Tavern at the heart of any village for the greatest traditional experience. There are many Taverns on our books, but we have an exclusive venue to offer. Only a 15 drive from the heart of Paphos, this village tavern will allow you to totally immerse yourself in local history, tradition and charm. Set in the village square, opposite the quaint Orthodox Church, a vine covered terrace and mountainous backdrops; this tavern is set in an original building (once the local coffee shop and school) and it really delivers a real Cypriot environment. Delicious menus which include a Cypriot outdoor Souvla (Barbeque), and refreshing village wine, it is a total Cyprus experience.  It is also an option here for the couple to go into the Orthodox Church and receive a blessing by the village priest, to wish them well in their marriage. There is no fee here but a small donation to the Church is advised. A really unforgettable event.

Villa Receptions

You may want to stay in a villa and have your wedding reception there also. Receptions in villas are becoming increasingly popular. Whether you wish for a small intimate affair or something much grander. We can arrange waiter service and caterers for such an event; low key or just a simple BBQ dinner. It’s up to you, just tell us what you want and we will do our best to turn your vision into a reality.

Restaurants

There are a number of restaurants to choose from locally. Some near the sea, by the harbour or inland. There are one or two restaurants for those that want a totally private venue, exclusive and others where you can join the locals and enjoy the ambience.
